The Student Application Form required to be printed, signed and posted back to the Craft Qualifications Centre. A wet signature is required for legal reasons as all students are required to agree to the following:
Data Protection
During the course of this programme/qualification, and for a maximum of four years after completion, the above information relating to you, and information relating to your achievements, will be held physically and electronically by the Craft Qualifications Centre. All physical and electronic records are held securely. This data will also be shared both physically and electronically with the Awarding Body (NCFE) and representatives thereof. All reasonable efforts will be made to keep your information secure at all times.
From time to time you may also be contacted by either the Craft Qualifications Centre or the Awarding Body (NCFE) with regard to ongoing monitoring of the qualification and programme process, specific advertising campaigns, additional awards, or to provide offers, free samples and news.
Confidentiality of Evidence and Outcomes
The results of your individual unit assessments will only ever be disclosed between Craft Qualifications Centre staff, the Awarding Body (NCFE) and yourself.
However, the Craft Qualifications Centre reserves the right to publish pictures of your designs, either online, or in publicity or advertising materials (with full recognition given to you). In addition, upon full completion of the programme/qualification, both the Craft Qualifications Centre and the Awarding Body (NCFE) reserve the right to publish lists of student names. This may be online or in published materials e.g. magazines.
Malpractice
Malpractice is used to describe something a person does when they intentionally mislead somebody. An example may be a student copying somebody else’s work and passing it off as their own. The Craft Qualifications Centre and the Awarding Body (NCFE) require all Students to officially confirm that all evidence submitted by them is their own work. Legal action can be taken against any proven examples of malpractice and any previously awarded certificates will be required to be returned.

Payments by Instalment
If payment by installment/subscription is selected then you are agreeing to the stated number of monthly payments of £25 being collected direct from your bank/paypal account. No further notification of collection will be provided.
